Requires a $500 non-refundable deposit (unless alternate arrangements were previously negotiated). Deposit is included in final balance.

Additional fees apply beyond the 150 qty.

Please note that fan programs can be selected in place of standard programs for 10% off

the regular price

- marriage ceremony / location

Coordinate Wedding Day Rehearsal
Day of Coordination
- review vendor contracts
- confirm / coordinate all logistics (details) with vendors
  - discuss / manage final billing
- provide wedding day agenda to all members of the wedding party including clergy and vendors
- manage reception site to ensure the placement of the following:
  - favors, centerpieces, table numbers, seating chart display, place cards, etc.
  - toasting glasses
  - guest book
  - gift table (monitored)
  - collection of all ceremony and reception items including gifts / cards and given to previously discussed, designated person(s) ONLY
- final walkthrough at ceremony / reception site
- distribute floral arrangements for bridal party / additional family members, and pinning of boutonnieres for groomsmen / additional family members
